Exchange and Return Policy

The store has a return and exchange policy to ensure buyer satisfaction with the products purchased from the store. Return and exchange are subject to the following conditions:


(1) The buyer has the right to request a return or replacement of the products within 7 days from the date of receiving the product from the store.


(2) The store accepts the return or exchange of products only if the following conditions are met:


1. Do not use any type of sails (the store refuses to return any used sail to avoid harming the sails or other buyers).


2. The buyer shall not use, open, or obtain any benefit from the products and sails.


3. Do not damage or defect the sails and other products after receiving them from the shipping company.


4. Do not damage the product packaging or lose any product accessories.


5. The store does not accept returns of any sail, tarpaulin, or any of the products that have been used.


(3) The buyer can submit a return or exchange request through the store.


(4) Replacing water pipes (sails) Water pipes are replaced if the defect or leak is from the factory, and the customer is required to take a video of the water leak, along with a photograph of the size of the pipe and the sail number. Regarding the water pipe warranty, the sail welding warranty is only if it explodes or the welding is torn during the warranty period, it is replaced after taking a video of the water sail and sending it to the store.



(5) The buyer must return all gifts and accessories received with the sail or product. Destruction of gifts, failure to return them, or damage to accessories, packaging, containers, or products will result in the rejection of the exchange or return request.


(6) The buyer must send the products to the shipping company, based on the approved return request, and print the policy.


(7) If the return or exchange is due to a defect in the sail, tarpaulin, or any of the products, the store will examine the product. If it is proven that the defect is due to the sail or the product, the store will bear the shipping, return, and exchange costs.


(8) If the return or exchange is due to a reason attributable to the buyer and not a defect in the sail or product, then the buyer shall bear all costs of returning, shipping and exchanging the product.


(9) In the event that the store rejects the request to return or replace the sail or product submitted by the buyer, and the buyer refuses to receive the sail or product again, the store has the right in this case to dispose of these products after 15 days have passed from the date of the buyer’s refusal.


(10) In the event that the return request is accepted, the store will refund the price of the product to the buyer within 15 working days from the date of accepting the return request. The price of the products will be refunded after the customer returns them or after the products are delivered to one of our branches.


(11) In the event that the replacement request is accepted, the price difference between the sail or other products that were replaced and the new one that was chosen shall be taken into consideration. If the price of the products or the new sail that was chosen is less than the price of the product that was replaced, the store will refund the price difference within 15 working days using the same payment method. However, if the price of the new product that was chosen is higher than the product that was replaced, the buyer in this case must pay the price difference to the store using our approved payment methods.


(12) All amounts in the event of a return or exchange will be refunded to customers using the same payment method used in the process of paying the value of the sail or product, in accordance with the controls of this policy, within 15 working days from the date of acceptance of the return or exchange.


The consumer is not entitled to replace the sail or product in the following cases:

1- If the sail or product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he specified, with the exception of sails or products that have a defect or that do not comply with the specifications specified by the consumer.
